Parts and Accessories Inside Sales Representative

Using sound judgment and strong relationship-building skills, this position is responsible for the growth and development of parts & accessory sales and order service within a defined geographic territory; primary goals include aligning business and sales objectives in order to meet, or exceed, Kawasaki’s Parts & Accessories business plans. • Sales: this team member is required to achieve or exceed the departmental annual business plan as determined by P&A Management for their assigned territory • Order Services: Achieve monthly and annual call rate metrics as determined by P&A Management
