Branch Operations Manager

The Branch Operations Manager oversees branch operations, supervising tellers, the head teller, and universal bankers while ensuring efficiency, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include

managing branch cash, vault and cash recycler operations, reviewing reports, and maintaining cash limits. The role hires, trains, and coaches employees to deliver consistent, needs-based service through the SBSU VALUE Blueprint. By providing leadership and accountability, the manager drives performance, reinforces SBSU’s core values, and uses CRM tools and the 2-2-2 Follow Up program to strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement, and support branch growth within the community.
