Your Role

As a Senior Retail Account Manager, you’ll bring your deep produce expertise and industry connections to grow our retail business. You’re more than a salesperson—you’re a trusted advisor who understands what it takes to deliver the right product at the right time to independent grocery retailers.

Your role

Drive sales growth by leveraging your produce knowledge and customer network Build and maintain strong relationships with independent and multi-store retail accounts Negotiate pricing, commodity programs, and promotions with buyers Partner with the Director of Retail Sales to develop accurate forecasts and sales strategies Collaborate closely with operations and transportation to ensure flawless service execution Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to maximize opportunities What You’ll Bring to the Table: Minimum 3 years of recent fresh produce experience (e.
