Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Speech Therapist

Our leading Home Health Agency is seeking a compassionate Per-Diem Speech Therapists for home visits in Norwalk, CT. Choose your own hours and make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives! Per visit rate $75.00 We provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and non-skilled services to community members needing support with ADLs and communication challenges related to physical, developmental, or cognitive conditions.

As a Speech Language Therapist , you will evaluate communication and swallowing needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, track patient progress, and educate families—while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
