Your goal will be to convert leads into appointments and drive business growth for our automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Engage with potential customers, qualify their needs, and provide accurate information about our vehicles, services, and promotions. Schedule service appointments for customers to visit the dealership. Follow up with leads and customers to maintain contact and build relationships.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and smooth customer handoffs. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and appointment setting. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
