We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our talented team. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards of practice Assess residents’ health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff as needed Ensure accurate and timely documentation Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment Ensure residents receive care that respects their dignity and promotes quality of life What We’re Looking For Current LPN or RN license in good standing Strong clinical skills with a caring, resident-centered approach Excellent teamwork and communication skills Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required Reliable transportation Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening including THC, TB testing, and comprehensive background checks (including reference checks and fingerprinting) Available 8-Hour Shifts 1st Shift: 6:30 a.

m. – 3:00 p.m. 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Both full and part-time positions include rotating weekends and holidays. Second and third shift positions include a $0.75/ shift differential.
