DEVOps Engineer Hyderabad
- WFO Hybrid (3 times per week at office) Full Time Work Shift: 2 - 11 pm IST Over Time Payment : NA No. of positions: 2 Senior Level Mid-Level Job Description: Senior DevOps Engineer – Azure & Cloud Platform Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with deep experience in Azure cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and secure SDLC practices. This is not just a support role. This is a platform engineering and automation ownership role. You will design, implement, secure, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD systems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Architect, deploy, and manage Azure-based environments (Dev, QA, Prod). Design secure Azure Landing Zones following best practices. Implement infrastructure using Terraform (modular, reusable, production-ready). Manage Azure services including: AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure App Services, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor / Log Analytics Azure Storage & Networking, Kubernetes & Containerization, Design and operate production-grade AKS clusters.
Implement Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests. Configure ingress controllers, autoscaling (HPA), node pools. Ensure cluster security, secrets management, and workload isolation. Troubleshoot pod failures, networking, and performance issues. CI/CD & DevOps Automation Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent).
Implement: Build pipelines Artifact management Deployment strategies (blue/green, canary) Integrate automated testing and security scans into pipelines. Optimize pipeline performance and reliability. Code Quality & Security Integration Remediate vulnerabilities in collaboration with development teams. Elastic Stack & Observability Deploy and manage Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) in cloud or Kubernetes.
Configure log ingestion pipelines. Implement index lifecycle policies and monitoring. Design centralized logging and observability architecture. Troubleshoot cluster performance and scaling issues. Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
Requirements
8+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering. 5+ years hands-on Azure experience. Strong Terraform experience (not just writing simple scripts). Production experience with AKS and Kubernetes internals. Deep CI/CD pipeline implementation experience. Experience integrating SonarQube and Checkmarx.
