FT Meat Cutter - East Bay

We are willing to train the right candidate. This position will generally work Dayshift hours. This position also offers signing and retention bonuses - $200 after 90 days and $300 after 180 days. Position Summary

Meat Cutters will be assisting in the total operation of the meat department. This will include cutting meat, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Cutting meats to Tom’s high-quality standards while following all safety guidelines Ensure the meat department and displays are fresh and full. Maintain a clean, organized meat department Stay familiar with weekly ads, product locations, and promotions Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling rules Support overall store operations as assigned Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Safely use saws, knives, and grinders.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
