Pre Delivery Coordinator

Ready to take control? Bridge Toyota is looking for an organised, hands-on Pre-Delivery Controller to keep our vehicles, workflow and team moving. You’ll coordinate our Pre-Delivery workshop and detailing areas, ensuring every new and used vehicle is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard—ready for the Sales team and our customers.

What you’ll do Coordinate daily workshop and detailing workflow Allocate and prioritise work to meet delivery deadlines Lead, support and motivate technicians and detailing staff Monitor productivity, quality and work in progress Maintain accurate job cards, invoicing and records Work closely with Sales, Service and external providers Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards Help create a positive, professional and productive team culture What you’ll bring Strong automotive knowledge and technical aptitude Excellent organisation and time-management skills Confidence managing people and competing priorities Experience using dealer management systems A proactive, safety-focused approach A full NT manual driver licence—LR preferred Pride in delivering quality work, every time If you know how to keep a busy workshop organised, motivate a team and get vehicles delivered on time, we want to hear from you.
