Vice President of Construction/Facilities

POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees all construction projects, capital project contractors, facilities and construction vendor management agreements. Coordinates and directs the Planning Committee for all construction projects. Analyzes and appraises scope, budgets, and building plans on all building projects. Provides analysis of current contracts, vendors and budgets to ensure efficiencies are identified and maintained.

Oversees all the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and structural contractors and systems for Magnifi Financial.
