Project Manager

Blink is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. If you love working with innovative and exciting clients alongside creative individuals who are highly collaborative, this is the role for you! As a Project Manager at Blink, you will lead the successful delivery of UX research, strategy, and design engagements for some of the world's most innovative organizations.

You will partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams to create clarity, drive alignment, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the high standard of quality our clients expect. This role will be responsible for keeping our team on the right track by monitoring schedule and budget, and helping to see and remove roadblocks that come up throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, feel giddy around a beautifully organized Gantt chart, and a dedication to delivering extremely high-quality work.
