• Coordinate with facility teams and vendors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical maintenance roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with building systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and operate diagnostic tools.
