Compensation

Lead, Inspire & Empower: Mentor and develop your team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff while fostering a positive, collaborative clinic culture.

Drive Clinic Success: Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics to support an efficient, high-performing clinic. Make Every Patient Count: Provide hands-on, evidence-based care while ensuring your team delivers the Second-to-None experience PRO-PT is known for. Build Meaningful Connections: Strengthen relationships with patients, referral partners, and community members to support clinic growth and engagement.

Champion Excellence & Growth: Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives, maintain clinical and regulatory standards, and continuously elevate the patient and team experience. What Makes You a Great Fit?
