Custodian (Full-time) - TCHS Pickering

At the present time, a vacancy exists within the Administrative Services department of the Chester County Intermediate Unit for a full-time, nightside Custodian. This position will be based at the Technical College High School Pickering campus located in Phoenixville, PA. The base schedule for this position is 2:00PM to 10:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Position Quick Facts Anticipated Start Date : August 2026 Benefit Eligible: Yes (see attached summary) Schedule: 2:00P to 10:00P , Monday through Friday Location: 1580 Charlestown Road, Phoenixville, PA Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processes preferred Previous experience in a school custodial position preferred Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and maintain building facilities Utilizing and operating appropriate equipment, perform routine facilities maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
