ESSENTIAL DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES Blend raw materials and operate manufacturing equipment to produce products that meet customer and quality specifications. Monitor production processes, equipment performance, tank levels, and temperatures throughout manufacturing operations. Perform quality control checks, collect samples, and make adjustments to ensure product specifications are met.

Calculate batch sizes and maintain accurate production and manufacturing records. Load and unload trucks safely while ensuring tanks, drums, and totes are properly prepared, filled, and labeled. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety procedures, and hazardous waste handling requirements. Assist with hazardous waste management, spill response, inspections, and related documentation as required.

Support training efforts for new employees and assist with general plant operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 1–3 years of related manufacturing or production experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
