Job description
The person recruited will preferably have a minimum of eight (8) years' experience, and must have worked on several aspects of contentious commercial cases since the start of his or her career. He/she will be called upon to support the litigation department and all the firm's clients in multiple mandates involving several aspects, including :
Drafting procedures, directing files and representing clients before trial and appeal courts; Drafting of formal notices and legal proceedings, particularly in construction law, shareholder disputes, real estate law and bankruptcy; Provide legal advice to clients; Answering questions and intervening with the various sectors of the firm that have an impact on litigation matters.
