YOUR ROLE

The successful candidate will take carriage of real estate, civil and commercial litigation matters , with particular exposure to files involving real estate and condominium law. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys appearing before the courts, developing litigation strategies and independently managing files , while working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will be involved at every stage of a file , from the initial assessment through trial, and will advise clients on the most appropriate strategies to pursue.

QUALIFICATIONS

Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar ; Approximately 3 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation ; Experience independently managing files and appearing before the courts ; Experience in real estate or condominium law , a significant asset; Thoroughness, autonomy and professionalism; Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
