Indian Spring Country Club is a private, member-owned country club committed to the highest level of service. We offer a fun, friendly, and caring work environment. We currently have an immediate openings for Housekeepers. Weekend and day shifts available. We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities.
The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
Qualifications
Regular and reliable attendance. Must have the ability to work independently. Must have a pleasant and upbeat attitude. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to bend and move to the requirements of the job. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Able to work a flexible schedule as needed. Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, stoop and kneel if needed.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Responsibilities
The Housekeeper will be responsible for daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces and restroom facilities. Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans.
Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Graciously tends to the needs of members and guests. Always address members needs and requests immediately. Communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Knowledge/Ability to vacuum/mop and clean areas. Adhere to Indian Spring CC dress and grooming standards. Employee(s) will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments. To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty proficiently.
