CDL A Truck Driver - On Call

DC41 Transportation is seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers for day-to-day driving assignments supporting our local and regional transportation operation. Pay & Schedule Average Pay: $26–$32 per hour Day-to-day work assignments Monday–Saturday operation Shifts vary based on route and operational needs Local and regional driving opportunities Regional routes may include New Mexico, Utah, and Las Vegas Position Details Equipment: 53' Reefer Tractor-Trailer Approximately 95% refrigerated (reefer) freight Local and regional routes Manual transmission may be required on some assignments Driver/shadow period required as part of training and onboarding Approximately 1 year of clean commercial driving experience preferred/required Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a 53' reefer tractor-trailer Complete assigned day-to-day routes and deliveries Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Safely transport and deliver refrigerated freight Maintain accurate delivery documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, equipment issues, and other concerns Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirements Note : These tasks may vary slightly depending on the specific needs of the client or job assignment, but these are the core responsibilities expected from an On-Call Class A Driver.

Compensation

Pay range : $25 - $32 per hour, depending on the assignment Job Locations: Assignments are at various client sites in the Inland Empire (IE) area and Los Angeles area , including Fontana , Rialto , Ontario , Eastvale, Walnut, Compton, City of Industry and more.
