Sales Assistant

Description We are a pre-insulated piping manufacturing company seeking immediate employment for a Sales Assistant in our Sales Department.

Responsibilities

Assist National Sales Manager as liaison between independent sales representatives and company Perform pricing, freight estimates, quotations and order processing Maintain accurate sales records Accurate file maintenance Follow-Up on sales quotations Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook GXD (AS400) knowledge preferred Detail oriented with the flexibility to adapt to a variety of work situations and interruptions and organize work for appropriate and timely completion Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels Ability to work independently with minimal direction Strong prioritization and organization skills Benefits offered: Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Healthcare reimbursement accounts
