Materials Manager

C2O Americas is hiring a Materials Manager for an immediate start supporting operations at the GPX LNG facility . This role ensures materials, tools, and critical supplies are available to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee receiving, staging, storage, and issuing of materials ✅ Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and material tracking ✅ Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and vendor communication ✅ Maintain accurate documentation (POs, shipping/receiving logs, reports) ✅ Support warehouse safety, compliance, and organization ✅ Work closely with operations, maintenance, and project teams Qualifications ✔️ 5+ years of Materials Management experience (Manager level required) ✔️ Industrial / LNG / Oil & Gas experience preferred ✔️ Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills ✔️ Familiar with inventory systems and tracking processes ✔️ TWIC Required ✔️ Must be able to lift 50+ lbs , bend, squat, and work on your feet ✔️ Able to work in a warehouse environment and in hot/cold conditions ✔️ Safety-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
