• Sports Bar Longford Forest | Circa €43,800 per annum plus tips Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills. What you'll be doing Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Full-time contract You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4 ‑ week period.
