We are looking for a Pastry Baker to join our commissary team at our Macadam Avenue location. This is an exciting opportunity to be a crucial part of the process that ensures every pastry, from our buttery croissants to our delicate tarts, meets our high standards of quality and consistency.

What You'll Do

Start your shift at 11:30 AM and bake a variety of pastries; we call this the PM shift. Ensure all products are visually appealing and consistently high-quality by paying close attention to detail. Master techniques such as lamination and baking to produce perfect results every time. Follow recipes precisely and manage your production schedule efficiently to meet daily goals.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with a positive and outgoing attitude.

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a bakery or pastry shop is a plus . A passion for baking and a desire to continuously improve your skills. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
