Job description

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, provided both onsite at a PACE Center and in participant homes. PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and, through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides, coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

People Operations Business Partner Senior Care Partners PACE seeks an experienced People Operations Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members across the organization.

This role combines strategic partnership with a regular onsite presence at assigned locations, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and make a direct impact on the employee experience. You'll coach leaders, support employee relations and performance management, strengthen engagement and retention efforts, guide team members through key workplace experiences, and help ensure our people practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with our values.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required Four or more years of HR, People Operations, or employee relations experience required Experience coaching leaders and navigating complex workplace situations Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication skills and sound judgment Ability to build trust quickly, influence without authority, and create buy-in across diverse teams Demonstrated ability to drive results, follow through on commitments, and successfully manage initiatives from start to finish Adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative, relationship-based approach Healthcare, PACE, or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.

HR certification is a plus.
