Peer Navigator
Job description
Under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, the Peer Navigator will support the case management functions for Housing Works ATI program clients. The Peer Navigator will provide appointment escorts and other navigation support, facilitate weekly program orientations with newly enrolled clients and provide peer counseling support.
The Peer Navigator will be a self-starter, able to use lived experience working with persons involved in the NYC criminal legal system with substance use, mental health or behavioral health needs.
