Reports To: Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager Department: Operations / Logistics / Creative (Visual) Location: Studio Mc. Gee Creative Services Warehouse located in Draper, UT - on-site, required Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site Hours: Monday
- Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM (overtime as needed) Overview: The Merchandise Coordinator, Creative Services Warehouse is a critical member of the Mc. Gee & Co. creative production ecosystem. This is not a traditional warehouse position — it is a hands-on, brand-immersive role at the intersection of logistics, photo production, and design. You will be the person who ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time: whether that means pulling pieces for a studio shoot, prepping furniture for a client install, or keeping our visual warehouse running at the high standard our brand demands. Working closely with the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager and our cross-functional creative, visual, and e-commerce teams, you will develop a deep familiarity with our product catalog and an instinct for how the Mc. Gee & Co. aesthetic comes to life — from warehouse shelf to finished photograph. - Pull, stage, and prep products and props for studio photography shoots, ensuring every item is shoot-ready and accurately reflects the Mc. Gee & Co. standard
- Collaborate daily with the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager and creative team to align on shoot schedules, sample pulls, and product flow
- Assist with set builds, prop placement, and post-shoot breakdown; return all merchandise with proper labeling, wrapping, and condition documentation
- Develop working familiarity with our product catalog — understanding categories, finishes, and styling intent — so pulls are accurate and efficient
- Support the studio photography space: weekly floor cleaning, product flow, and overall cleanliness and organization Installs & Field Support
- Pack, load, and deliver products for local installs and photo locations, handling all items with the care and precision the brand demands
- Travel out-of-state with the box truck to support on-location shoots and client installs when needed
- Assist the creative and install teams on-site, reflecting a professional demeanor that upholds Studio Mc. Gee's brand image in every client-facing or partner environment Warehouse Operations
- Receive and communicate timely updates on inbound and outbound deliveries
- Enter and receive transfer orders in Net. Suite; conduct weekly transfer order pickups to and from the Fulfillment Center
- Inspect all incoming products for defects or damage; document and report any issues through the appropriate channels
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse floor through daily and weekly upkeep routines
- Manage awareness of fleet vehicle condition and location; report maintenance needs proactively
- Build, repair, and move furniture as needed to support operations and project readiness
- Set up and break down warehouse events, meetings, and brand activations Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Communicate daily operational updates clearly and proactively to the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager
- Maintain flexibility in daily schedule to support requests from Creative, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Curation teams
- Reflect a solutions-first mindset when faced with shifting priorities, product availability challenges, or tight production timelines
- Consistently meet department deadlines and flag risks early so the team can course-correct without disrupting shoots or installs Qualifications: Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive and maneuver a box truck (no special license required).
- Must have a valid driver’s license & satisfactory driving record. Motor Vehicle Records search/Driving Record check screening will be conducted during interview process
- Ability to navigate a forklift. Existing instruction and certification preferred
- Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds with understanding of proper lifting techniques
- Comfortable working on-site, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and travel
- Ability to build, assemble, and repair furniture
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred
- Genuine interest in home design, interior styling, or the Mc. Gee & Co. brand aesthetic — familiarity with our product line is a meaningful advantage
- Experience working in a photo production, creative studio, prop house, or visual merchandising environment
- Experience with Net. Suite or similar inventory/ERP systems
