Common Good is looking for service stars with retail/restaurant experience who are available for early morning shifts, weekend shifts, evening shifts & some holidays.

What you will do

We are looking for service stars who will give world class service to our customers and... Make excellent espresso drinks. Accurately fill customer orders. Be an approachable & dependable resource for customers & teammates alike. Proactively share product knowledge & brand enthusiasm, increasing sales & fostering customer loyalty.

Jump in as needed & help the bakery & kitchen teams.

Requirements

Be dedicated to exceptional service! Have a keen sense of urgency & the ability to multitask with an even keel & high spirits. Salary $15 - $19 per hour
