Store Manager (Full-Time) at SPAR Kinsale

Store Manager (Full-Time) SPAR Kinsale (Pearse Street) is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational excellence, team leadership, and compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the store Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer care standards Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve business targets Manage stock control, merchandising, and waste reduction Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, employment, and consumer legislation Manage cash handling procedures and store security Maintain high operational and presentation standards throughout the store Create and maintain a positive and productive working environment 1-2 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role Previous retail experience essential Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Ability to work independently and use initiative Passion for delivering excellent customer service Knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP, and relevant employment legislation Good organisational, problem-solving, and computer skills Self-motivated with a commitment to maintaining high standards Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
