Requirements

/ Qualifications This pool is also for those individuals looking to work as a substitute Instructional Assistant II Special Education. Applicants for this position must have:

• High school diploma or the equivalent, AND one of the following
• Two years of college (48 units), or
• A. A. degree (or higher), or
• Passage of CBEST exam, or
• Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction. (Paraprofessional Test) Applicants interested in this position must, electronically, complete a current online Ed. Join application. It is required that the following documents be attached to all Ed. Join applications:
• Current Resume
• Two (2) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application date
• Copy of High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable)
