Assistant Banquet Manager

Under the direction of the Banquet Manager, the incumbent assists the Banquet manager in the efficient and effective operation of Banquet Catering.  Assists with scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for successful banquet functions. High school diploma or GED.  Must have a minimum of two (2) years of banquet/restaurant supervisory experience.

Must be friendly, personable, well groomed, organized, professional and able to multi-task. Individual must speak, write, and read English.  The primary responsibility is to ensure our "Extraordinary" guest service standards are maintained at all times.
