Setting – Ambulatory Surgery Center Case types – General Surgery, Bariatric, Plastics & Cosmetics, and some GYN. Independent

• No directives Candidate Criteria:

1. Excellent clinical outcomes
2. No recent malpractice issues and MUST carry own malpractice 3. 2 yrs minimum ASC model experience
3. Ideal case mix experience preference (not in any particular order) Plastic/Cosmetic Weight Loss General Surgery
4. Excellent receptive, professional, and interpersonal working skills Not limited to other important selection criteria. Additional Info: Some days run about 10-12hrs fast-paced with about 10 cases (major and minor) Some days run 10-12hrs slow cases 3-4hr long cases (2-3 cases) Some days run short - 6hrs
