Caregiver (Assisted Living) — Full-Time & Part-Time — Starting at $16.50/hr Do work that matters — and get paid to grow. Providence Place Senior Living is hiring Caregivers for our Dover campus — full-time, part-time, and per diem. You'll care for residents across independent living, assisted living, and our memory support neighborhood: helping with daily life, sharing meals, and being the friendly face they count on.

No experience? We'll train you — and we'll help pay for nursing school if you want to go further.

What you'll do

bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining Serve meals and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience Protect residents' independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do Join in activities and outings, including our Connections memory support program Keep a watchful eye — notice changes in a resident's health and report them promptly Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and keeping the community beautiful Schedule — pick what fits your life 12-hour shifts: 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am Evening option: 4:00pm–10:00pm Rotating schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next — with long stretches off built in Every other weekend and every other holiday required Per diem shifts also available Pay Starting at $16.
