Enterprise Integration Architect – Service Assurance

CTG is seeking to fill an Enterprise Integration Architect – Service Assurance position for our client. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: Design and support integrations between Service. Now and enterprise ticketing systems, including BMC Remedy, mainframe applications, and Microsoft Azure. Analyze end-to-end ticketing workflows, system interfaces, and operational processes.

Support Service. Now transformation initiatives and integration across legacy and modernized platforms. Troubleshoot integration issues, configure applications, provide production support, and maintain system reliability. Develop and execute automated tests using the ROBOT Framework. Skills: Solution architecture and enterprise application integration.

Service Assurance and ticketing applications, including Service. Now and BMC Remedy. REST APIs, SOAP APIs, mainframe systems, and Microsoft Azure. Test automation, troubleshooting, system configuration, and production support. Experience: Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture and Service. Now integrations.

Experience supporting ticketing workflows, API interfaces, legacy and modern platforms, and production environments. Ability to support system transformation initiatives and ensure reliable application integrations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
