What You'll Do

Lead Maintenance Operations Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians. Coordinate daily assignments, staffing, and maintenance priorities. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Improve Equipment Reliability Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs. Identify recurring problems and implement solutions to prevent future breakdowns. Monitor equipment performance and minimize unplanned downtime. Plan for Success Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and other departments. Prioritize work orders and ensure scheduled maintenance is completed.

Manage maintenance parts, tools, contractors, and service providers. Track maintenance performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs. Maintain a Safe Workplace Ensure maintenance work follows applicable safety requirements and company procedures. Reinforce safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and support plant inspections and audits.

What We're Looking For

At least five years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills. Experience with preventive maintenance planning and maintenance management systems. Ability to lead a team, prioritize work, and communicate effectively across departments.

Dairy, food processing, or other food manufacturing experience is a plus. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but equivalent technical training and hands-on experience may also be considered. Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership role requiring regular interaction with production equipment and maintenance personnel.

Flexibility to support occasional overtime, weekends, and equipment emergencies may be necessary. Ready to Lead?
