Receptionist/Switchboard Operator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Receptionist/Switchboard Operator assures hospitality for all patients, visitors and guests of CRMC. Assist patients/visitors with wayfinding and acquiring transportation for those needing wheelchair or escort. The associate will be a source of information for patient/visitor and donors.  Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
