Safety Business Partner

At ARTC, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced and engaging Safety Business Partner who is passionate about making a genuine difference to the safety and wellbeing of our people. This is an opportunity to combine sound safety practices with a proactive, people-centred approach to managing risk and improving how work is done.

Working closely with operational leaders and frontline teams, you will play a key role in identifying emerging and often overlooked risks, constructively challenging established ways of working and influencing positive safety behaviours. With a strong presence in the field, you will build trusted relationships, encourage open conversations about risk and empower our people to take ownership of safety.

You will act as a trusted advisor, coach and partner, helping leaders make informed decisions and embedding practical safety improvements into everyday operations. We welcome applications from individuals with strong operational backgrounds who have a passion for safety, a practical approach to managing risk and the confidence to build relationships, influence behaviours and challenge existing practices.

Previous experience in a dedicated safety role is not essential. This role requires travel to various work sites as needed, which may include occasional weekend travel to meet operational and project requirements.
