JOB SUMMARY

Partner with and dispatch field service technicians to resolve customer service issues as quickly as possible. Create service work orders and dispatch/schedule field service technicians to service equipment and resolve issues on-site. Following company dispatch priority policies and maintaining strong communication skills are critical to the success of the service organization.

Schedule This is a full-time position with the following schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday & Friday: Scheduled days off The ideal candidate is comfortable working weekends and appreciates the additional earning potential provided through weekend shift differentials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

/ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Attend company-provided training classes as required. Dispatch Field Service Technicians and assign calls per company policy. Monitor Field Service routes and identify route optimization opportunities. Promptly handle incoming ticket requests and service-related emails. Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.

Operate as a team player and maintain strong communication with assigned Field Service Technicians. Provide coverage for other zones when needed. Manage assigned territory to meet service goals and expectations. Maintain phone line availability and respond to technician emails within five minutes. Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and key accounts to schedule and follow up on service meetings.

Build and manage daily technician routes in MOVR. Prioritize and manage cash-related service tasks and enforce cash security protocols. Create and accurately classify Morphis tickets. Monitor operational boards and maintain detailed notes on service activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred. 1+ year of professional experience; previous call center experience is a plus. Ability to work a weekend-inclusive schedule. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
