Manufacturing Engineer - Centralia Manufacturing
Job description
The Manufacturing Engineer is a hands-on production support role focused on helping the shop build equipment safely, efficiently, and consistently. This position works directly on the production floor with machinists, assemblers, technicians, engineers, and Quality Control to solve build issues, improve tooling and fixtures, reduce rework, and make processes easier to follow.
The role turns engineering requirements into practical shop-floor methods, work instructions, and repeatable build processes for compressor and equipment manufacturing operations.
