Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant (DA). Woburn, MA. Our client is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join their growing private practice in Woburn, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment where teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional care are top priorities.

Schedule: Full-Time. Monday – Thursday. One Saturday per month.

Compensation

$25.00 – $29.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures. Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols. Take digital radiographs (as permitted by certification). Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized. Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

1+ year of dental assisting experience required. Current Massachusetts dental assisting requirements/certifications, as applicable. Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and clinical procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care.
