Role Description The Sales Specialist for Fire Life Safety is a full-time, on-site role with the main office in Hunlock Creek, PA, but the right candidate can use their home as a base. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting BRAND SERVICES’ fire life safety and regulatory compliance solutions.

Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing opportunities in the healthcare environment. Background in Sales Management or account management, with the ability to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and prioritize key accounts. Experience delivering Training or presentations to customers or internal teams on services or regulatory requirements.

Knowledge of fire dampers, fire doors, firestopping, and NFPA 101 is highly beneficial. Ability to travel within the territory to customer locations. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Sheets. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in sales or prior experience in like field is preferred.

Salary & Benefits: Pay range based on experience, technical ability, and service, starting at $60,000.00 per year plus commissions.
