Lead Human Resources Specialist (Classification/Recruitment & Placement)

You will serve as a Lead Human Resources Specialist (Classification/Recruitment & Placement) in the Civilian Human Resources Office ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing a full range of technical advisory services to consult with managers on succession planning, complex or non-routine recruitment, and pay administration, while utilizing HR automation systems to manage workloads, resolve unique talent acquisition challenges, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
