Products & Service Sales Manager

Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: The Product & Service Sales Manager – Power & Energy is a senior customer-facing leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across power generation equipment, energy solutions, parts, and service offerings. This position leads the sales team in developing strategic customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering solutions that support customer operational and business objectives.

The role is accountable for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and the overall performance of the Power & Energy sales business. Job Description: Lead and manage all aspects of sales force effectiveness, productivity, and performance within the Power & Energy business. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve equipment, parts, and service revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, utilities, and industry stakeholders. Partner closely with branch operations, service, and regional leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer support and project execution. Identify new business opportunities in power generation, backup power, distributed energy, data center, utility, industrial, commercial, and institutional markets.

Drive customer lifecycle growth through equipment sales, maintenance agreements, repairs, upgrades, and aftermarket solutions. Provide timely communication regarding market conditions, competitive activity, product developments, and health and safety matters. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Leverage CRM tools and sales management systems to drive customer engagement and business growth. Support key account management and strategic customer retention initiatives.
