Engineering Intern

Description ENGINEERING INTERN Location: Poway, CA | Job Type: Internship | Schedule: On-site | Compensation: $16.90/hour About the Role Radeus Labs is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real-world engineering projects supporting rugged computing and communications systems for aerospace, defense, and commercial applications.

What You’ll Do

• Support engineers with design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical projects
• Assist with hands-on assembly, testing, evaluation, and problem-solving
• Learn and apply engineering concepts, tools, software, and processes
• Help identify issues and contribute ideas for practical solutions and process improvements
• Document work, results, and technical information clearly
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other teams
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you develop your skills What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
• Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning from mistakes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Professional attitude and a hands-on approach to learning Preferred: Coursework or project experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, systems, or manufacturing engineering; CAD, electronics, programming, testing, or other hands-on technical experience.
