Enrollment Specialist

Enrollment Specialist Inside Sales and Customer Service Reports to Enrollment Director Work Location: In-Person Role summary High-volume, phone-based enrollment role in a call center environment. You will work inbound and outbound leads, guide families through enrollment, and close enrollments using Hub. Spot CRM. This role is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and customer focused.

Core responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails daily Qualify students and families and determine program fit Guide families through the full enrollment process and orientation Deliver strong customer service that drives enrollment and retention Meet or exceed call, follow-up, and enrollment goals Maintain accurate records in Hub.

Spot CRM Work collaboratively with the enrollment team Participate in required meetings and training Required qualifications Bilingual Spanish and English required Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred Comfort making and receiving dozens of calls per day Strong phone presence and communication skills Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities Basic proficiency with Google Workspace CRM experience required, Hub.

Spot strongly preferred Must hold a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card This is a phone-first, performance-based role. Success is measured by activity, follow-through, and enrollments.

Education
