Automotive Reflections Collision Center is a family-owned and operated auto body shop in Hugo, MN, and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Auto Body Technician to join our growing team! We've been serving our community since 2009, and we take pride in providing quality repairs and treating our customers and employees with respect.

$20–$30 per flagged hour, based on experience and skill Opportunity to earn more through productivity SIMPLE IRA with company match Paid holidays Paid time off Full-time, year-round employment Family-owned and operated shop Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement What You'll Be Doing Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels Complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly Perform sheet metal and dent repairs Follow proper repair procedures to ensure safe, quality repairs Work with our team to keep repairs moving efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Previous auto body repair experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Someone who takes pride in their work A positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Automotive Reflections?
