B2B Marketing Fresher

Role Overview SmartOSC is building a dedicated marketing engine for its Data & AI Program, positioning our offerings to enterprise buyers. As a B2B Marketing Fresher, you will join the team that runs this engine day to day. You will support demand-generation campaigns, help manage the marketing funnel, and contribute to delivering qualified leads (MQLs) to Sales.

This is a hands-on learning role. You will work alongside experienced marketers, get exposure to real B2B campaigns across SEO, content & design, email marketing and ABM, and see how marketing performance connects to sales outcomes. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Market research & GTM support: Research competitors, target industries, buyer personas,.... to help define the ICP and sharpen positioning for Data & AI offerings.
• ABM: Support personalized outreach to priority accounts and monitor account engagement and campaign results to flag follow-up opportunities for Sales.
• Content marketing: Draft SEO-friendly articles and lead magnets (e-books, whitepapers, checklists); Support the creation and updating of landing pages and forms (WordPress)
• Email marketing (EDM): Help build email content and contact lists, schedule sends, and report on open, click, and conversion rates. What You’ll Learn
• How a B2B demand-generation funnel works from lead to MQL to Sales handoff
• Hands-on use of SEO tools, EDM & ABM platforms
• How to test, measure, and iterate on campaigns Requirements
• Above 6 months of experience, graduates in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field are welcome
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, email, website, social media)
• Good analytical mindset and comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Basic design skills: able to create simple visuals, social posts, or slides using tools such as Canva or Figma
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to support research, content drafting, and daily work, with the judgment to fact-check and edit AI outputs
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with good attention to detail
• Good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can also work independently
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Previous Internship or project experience in digital marketing and IT outsourcing industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress or having experience with EDM/ABM tool, even through coursework or personal projects is preferred Benefits At SmartOSC, we offer the best to your values:
