Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organised School SENCO to lead and coordinate Special Educational Needs provision within our school. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong knowledge of SEND legislation, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with additional needs.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching, therapeutic, pastoral, and external professionals to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people
