What You'll Do

Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, vision needs, and personal style Educate patients on eyewear options and lens technology Measure, fit, dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear Verify prescriptions and ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot eyewear concerns and provide outstanding customer support Process orders, insurance information, and payments accurately Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience Support a successful, efficient, and patient-focused optical department What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about helping people Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Comfortable learning new skills and technologies Detail-oriented and organized A strong communicator and team player Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Interested in fashion, eyewear, sales, and patient care Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication and computer skills Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods Ability and willingness to assist patients with mobility needs About Dakota Eye Institute Dakota Eye Institute is a leading multi-specialty eye care practice comprised of board-certified ophthalmologists, optometrists, and dedicated professional staff.
