Job Description 1、客户开发与维护端到端负责头部餐饮/茶饮/烘焙连锁客户的开拓与长期合作，完成销售目标; 2、深入理解客户需求，提供定制化产品组合(如奥利奥碎应用方案、季节性限定口味开发等),推动产品上新与渗透率提升; 3、协调内部研发,供应链,市场团队，确保客户项目高效落地与交付。 销售策略与执行: 4、制定区域大客户年度销售计划，分解目标并监控执行进度; 5、分析行业趋势与竞品动态，优化产品定价、促销策略及客户合作模式; 6、通过数据驱动决策,提升客户复购率与单客价值； 跨部门协作与资源整合： 7、联动市场部、研发中心及供应链团队，推动新品孵化与现有产品迭代; 8、协调解决客户投诉与售后问题,维护品牌口碑与客户满意度。 市场洞察与反馈: 9、定期收集客户反馈,提炼市场需求，为产品创新与战略调整提供依据; 10、参与行业展会,客户峰会等活动,提升品牌影响力与行业资源积累.

本科及以上学历,食品科学、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。 5年以上B2B食品行业销售经验,熟悉食品配料/原料/香精香料/添加剂等供应链环节; 具备头部餐饮/茶饮/烘焙连锁客户(如百胜、瑞幸、蜜雪、星巴克等)开拓与管理成功案例; 熟悉从需求洞察、方案定制、谈判签约到售后服务的全流程管理。 客户洞察力:能快速理解客户业务模式与痛点，提供差异化解决方案; 谈判与影响力:擅长跨部门协作与高层沟通,推动复杂项目落地; 数据驱动:能通过数据分析优化销售策略 ; 抗压能力:适应快节奏工作环境，能独立管理多个高优先级项目。 加分项:具备食品行业研发或技术支持背景; No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
