POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent, Accomack County, VA STATUS: Exempt LOCATION: Accomack County office (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients) REPORTS TO: Agency Manager COMPENSATION RANGE: Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 � $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary) Base Salary: $37,000 � $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business) The figures above reflect real average first-year Agent earnings across our agency network.

Preferred Qualifications

Possess a Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or be ready to obtain them with our fully-funded training materials and classes. Communication Skills: Exhibit strong oral and written communication abilities. Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to work independently.
